I spent all of 08 reading this series and the first two months of 09. It took me around 3 weeks to read each one. Each of these books are over 800 pages long. This series is so full of detail and contains so many subplots, I am astonished at how Robert Jordan could keep up with everything he put into these books. Someone needs to write a whole reference guide for these. At least for people like me, because I was constantly having to stop and try to remember who someone was and what had happened last I read about them. It's all so intricately woven together. I'm amazed. Throughout this series I've cried several times and laughed many times. I've also reached certain points where I wanted to skip over details and dialogue. I think my favorite book in the series was book 2, and my least favorite was book 5.
